Corporate Income Tax

Most Guernsey companies are taxed at a standard 0% corporate income tax rate. A 10% rate applies to certain activities such as specified banking and financial-services income, and a 20% rate applies to specific activities such as utilities, large retail and Guernsey property income. The correct rate is determined by the activity and cannot be chosen.

GST / Indirect Tax

Guernsey does not currently operate a general VAT or GST of the conventional kind. Certain duties and charges may apply, and the current position should be confirmed.
